Here are some helpful FAQ's & POLICIES if you are looking to book with Cay Cay's Cookie Co.
FAQ'S:
Where are you located?
I am in Sarasota, Florida with pickup near Frutiville Rd. close to I-75.
Do you offer Gluten Free cookies?
No, at this time I do not.
Do you offer Vegan cookies?
No, at this time I do not.
Do you have samples of cookie flavors?
Yes, you can choose from my current flavor list available and pricing will act as a basic mini custom order based on flavor quantity.
How far in advance should I place my order?
Please make sure to place your order as soon as possible, as I cannot guarantee that I will be available. I prefer three to four weeks, however, due to the volume of inquiries and current consistent clients, it's always better to plan ahead to ensure that you secure your event date with me.
What if I need last minute cookies?
If you need cookies on short notice (within a few days), please don't hesitate to reach out! I will do my best to accommodate you if I am able with no additional rush charge.
How do I store my cookies until my event?
I include cookie care cards with every custom order.
POLICIES:
Deposits & Contracts
I require a 50% deposit and signed cookie contract to secure your event date. This is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your pickup or delivery date.
Any last minute cancellations are considered as a potential spot that could have been fulfilled by another client. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation, all deposits are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
Custom order changes
As stated in the contract, the final date for any changes to quantity, flavors, or designs is 7 days prior to your event date. Any changes requested after cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional pricing.
Delivery fee
Delivery is an add on option and pricing is as follows..
$12 (within 1-10 miles)
$24 (within 11-20 miles)
Flat rate of $30 + .70 per additional mile (> 21 miles)
Liability
As stated in the contract, once an order is picked up or delivered, I am NOT responsible for any damages that may occur.
If you decide to choose the pickup option, rather than delivery, you assume all liability for the condition of your custom order once it leaves Cay Cay's Cookie Co.
Refunds/Exchanges
As stated in my contract, I dedicate hours, days, and sometimes weeks planning and creating custom cookie orders. Due to the extensive time, labor, and custom processes of my cookie art, I will NOT provide refunds under any circumstance once an order has left Cay Cay's Cookie Co.'s possession.
If you are unhappy with your custom order, please let me know immediately. I will be happy to discuss your experience and resolve the problem!
Please Note:
Inspiration photos and desired designs sent to me are just that, inspiration. I cannot and will not duplicate another artists work. You as the client understand that you will be receiving cookies from Caylee with Cay Cay's Cookie Co.'s creative background. Colors and designs will vary. I will do my best to create similarity with my own creativity. Furthermore, please note that colors appear differentlty on all devices, I will color match to the best of my ability but claim no creation of an exact duplicate design.
